Base fixes or different ways for trader's to undock

I was wondering if in the next update there will be a base fix or a place were traders with bigger ships can undock from, because right now my transport is stuck in Ruiz...like literally just stuck inside the base, I either need somebody to ram me out or an admin to move me back to NY.
Just wondering because its a really annoying and frustrating situation that I know a lot of traders share.

None of those apply to ruiz, I tried them all multiple times, the Heavy Tanker just simply cant get out, and regardless if you can get out or not its -annoying-
I know there ways to fix it because I played on servers that have that function.
