Basicly they are religious fanatics who believe the Emperor is a god or at the very least the avatar of god. How they got control of a destroyer is still shrouded in mystery. They think themselves as Inquisitors and divine soldiers. *Shrug*

I just have to say, as the Emperor its funny to find out that you have some military cult in your honor set up. From more of a practical perspective, you cant really just send something to the Emperor, and expects that he has any clue who you are or what you are doing. Aside from that, military matters are handled by the KNF.
