' Wrote:If you want PVP than better chose pirates or mercaneries (player faction mandalorians or MERCs and other)...

Bountyhunters can start PVP combat only if there is reason like bounty or selfdefense or captured bountyhunters.... usualy 2 times per day (and you must still make many and more screenshots:D..... for today I have 25MB of screenshots just for safety).:)

The Mandalorians do not engage in combat unless they are under contract(s) to do so or suffer some kind of direct aggression. It IS our fault (merit) that we are currently employed and allowed in almost all of the Sirius Houses' territories and some other more colorful locations.

We are no different than the BHG in that aspect, we act where there's profit to be made, not regardless of it. Please don't take us for blood lust, senseless killers ((PvP abusers)). We like the action alright, that's our line of business. But we like our pockets full and our skins even better.

Back to the subject at hand. We are indeed currently hiring new personnel. If you, or anyone for that matter, are interested in joining up an open minded, protective and diligent of its clients and honorable organization feel free to contact the Mandalore or any of the three duly appointed Consuls through private comms. Also, I must correct myself, we are more than a mere commercial organization, we are a nation in ourselves, a family.

Our leader, the Mandalore ((Forum name: Dieter Schprokets))
The Mandalorian Consulate ((Forum names: Luc McCloud, Flo, Gronath))

Consul Ranov'la Aran of the Mandalorians

EDIT: ((Bear in mind that we are not elitist, but we are picky alright. Not of PvP habilities, those can be trained, practiced and perfected. We are looking for sensible people, willing to play the game according to the server rules and in a fair play, lighthearted and polite environment.))

If you ask me there are way too many BHG/mercs on the server (true that 90% of them are in unofficial factions). But if you want to go that way at least choose some good faction... so Mandalorians.

If you want to choose the pirate way then I would recommend RHA, Workers front [W] and LH (but they have enough members now).

If you want to go the house military way then either KNF or QCO.

EDIT: @AoM ... yes I know.. they tried to scratch my ship once :P

Oh, btw, Mandalores are not welcome in Kusari until they retreat from the contract to hunt down KNF members. They will not be shot on sight, but they are stated as hostile.

Respectful

Hello friend,
You are welcome to check us out.
It was quite an eye opener to see no one mention the Jupiter Guild.

Our faction Main Page is here...
http://s14.invisionfree.com/Jupiter_guild

Zoner affiliated Mercs.
Very very Neutral.
We are good guys, and are welcome at Kusari and Liberty.
Our main motive is to RP and have fun.
We dont actively hunt people, that doesnt mean we dont get into tussles.

PEACE and WELCOME to DISCO.

Regards,
[\JG/]Rakghoul

Good of you to remind us of that, AoM. Funnily enough at least I DO NOT dock in Kusari anymore, even when no one's watching. I wanted to switch to another character yesterday while in the middle of Kusari, but suddenly I realized there were no possible docking points for me nearer than the ones in Sigma-13, preferably Helgoland, since it's more Rheinland aligned as opposed to the Kusari GMG. So I had ask the person waiting for me in Manhattan to wait until I found somewhere to dock. I could just F1 in space, but those Disinfectors you mount in your boys do hurt bad.

Also, I went all the way from Sigma-13 to Kyushu after one of your boys. Came to scanners range and realized he was still setting up his char, so I just turned around and left. We are well aware that the Mandalorians can justifiably be shot on sight by the KNF be it in Kusari territory or the surrounding systems.

I think it just makes perfect RP sense for KNF to kill us right now.

Anyway, if we want to continue discussing this we should move from the thread now, shall we?

Just to bring it back to subject, those are the kinds of compromises at least I hope any applicant of the Mandalorians is willing to commit himself to. But then again, I think this thread is long gone and it turned to a mercenary faction recruitment competition. *Looks at pipsqueak. Looks at the mirror. Leaves room*

EDIT: I agree with Mjolnir. The House forces in Bretonia and Kusari are seriously lacking. And also that we did try to scratch his ship days ago. Both he and the KNF engineers are to blame. He's for being a competent pilot in and the KNF engineers for coming up with an excellent ship.

Why didn't you say this when I almost waved at you in Sigma 13 yesterday? ::crazy:

I was trying to keep it on the neutral side.... but ok next time I might try something else

Well, it really escapes me why. Even if our dealings with the Blood Dragons may still be under the table as far as everyone including the KNF is concerned. We did try to shoot you down the other day in Sigma-13. I'm now curious why you didn't think that was an attempt on your life/vessel. Even though you weren't inside of Kusari we did attack you. I'm somewhat confused as to why you'd interpret that in any other fashion. I take it was because we "just scratched your hull" perhaps...

Anyway, yesterday I came to the conclusion I'd profit more somewhere else, even because me, you and two of my clients were pretty much striving to accomplish pretty much the same thing in that area. It made little sense for me to attack you at that time. Talk about conflicting interests. The way I see it, correctly playing a mercenary is 2/5ths politics, 2/5ths PR and 1/5 actually fighting.

Also, at least for my character (as in, I don't speak on behalf of the Mandalorians in this), I have to pay attention to the big picture since I don't really have an all noble cause backing me up when I fight, not when I fight purely for money at least. If I put too much into it there may be no more me to enjoy the profits.

EDIT: *slaps forehead* I said I'd leave this thread.
