Repayments:

Repayments figures represent a minimum only. Greater repayment ammounts can be made to lower future repayments.
Weekly repayments consist of a variable weekly repayment and a fixed interest rate.

Interest charges:

Interest is a fixed amount consisting of the set interest rate, being applied to the original loan amount once a week.
Minimum repayment factor is refered to as the minimum set amount of interest charges that will be added to the loan ammount if the account is finalised early.

Infringements:

Defaulting on a payment adds the value of interrest from that week as a penelty, the account must be brought out of default in seven days.
