Good day everyone. Recently, I've heard a good many rumblings in the business comunity about the outright ridicukous task of keeping up with the various house's embargos. While Interspace is formaly opposed to house embargos, we do recognize the for lawful coorperations to keep up with them. To this end, I have decided to realease a portion of our internal manual for public use; in an effort to bolster legal trade of all kinds.
Inter-House Trading Guide for Interspace Commerce Employees
Usage guide: This guide was designed to be as simple as possible for you to use, so don't try to read too far into it. Under the name of each house is a list of items considered to be contraband within that house. Under the sections labeled imports are three sections that represent the 3 borders of the given house, with an arrow indicating the direction of travel. Next to each of these is a list of goods that you are allowed to trade in that direction between the houses. For example: You carry anything from Liberty into Kusari, but you cannot carry engine components, h-fuel, or plutonium from Kusari into Liberty.
Updates: This is designed to be our working guide, as such we would appreciate any updates or news of new developments concerning trade laws.
Kusari
Main Zone
Within House Kusari it is ILLEGAL to carry the following items: cardamine, Liquid cardamine, Slaves, counterfeit software, human organs, artifacts, nuclear devices, plutonium, counterfeit software, gaian wildlife, black market munitions, synthetic marijuana.
Imports from Bretonia
Allowed: Nothing. Kusari allows no imports from Bretonia.
Imports from Liberty
Allowed: Everything except for those items deemed illegal in Kusari.
Imports from Rheinland
Allowed: Niobium, Platinum, Polymers, Consumer Goods ' excluding whips, chains and liquid latex, Food Rations, H-Fuel, Holo-tainment Bands, Iridium, Luxury Consumer Goods, Oxygen, Pharmaceuticals, Silver, Tobacco, Water, Wine.
Liberty
Main Zone
Within House Liberty, it is ILLEGAL to carry the following items: Cardamine, Liquid Cardamine, Counterfeit Software, Black Market Munitions, Human Organs, Synthetic Marijuana, Artifacts, Slaves, Blood Diamonds, Nomad brains.
Imports from Bretonia
Allowed: Everything except for those items deemed illegal in Liberty
Imports from Kusari
Allowed: Everything except for Engine Components, H-fuel and Plutonium, as well as those items deemed illegal in Liberty.
Imports from Rheinland
Allowed: Niobium, Platinum, Polymers, Consumer Goods ' excluding whips, chains and liquid latex, Food Rations, H-Fuel, Holo-tainment Bands, Iridium, Luxury Consumer Goods, Oxygen, Pharmaceuticals, Silver, Tobacco, Water, Wine.
Rheinland
Main Zone
We may carry NO cargo in Rheinland EXCEPT:
Niobium
Silver
Platinum
Iridium
Polymers
Basic Consumer Goods excluding whips, chains and liquid latex
Luxury Consumer Goods
Wine

Currently, it is illegal in Liberty for Interspace Commerce to import anything to Rheinland from Liberty.

There are no additional restrictions on importing goods to Rheinland from Kusari
Imports from Bretonia
There are no additional restrictions on importing goods to Rheinland from Bretonia

I must inform you that Nuclear Devices, Black Market Munitions, Light Arms, Plutonium, Military Vehicles and Human Organs are all legal for shipment within Bretonia.
Interspace has applied for and has received the necessary licenses to ship such goods, however, this only applies to the main shipping division, labeled IC|.
All this information has been previously posted to our internal database, although of course i will do my best to keep you informed of any developments within Bretonia.

Thank's for this Tamm, it's good to see our Bretonian charter went through. I don't think I'll update the broadcast though, as this information is exclusive to IC, good great to see we're on top of things.
The Verkehrsmilitärpolizei just finished the analysis of this issue and found the information concerning Rheinland incorrect and misleading.
Interspace Commerce is not authorized to carry H-fuel anywhere inside, or out of Rheinland. Ships found doing so regardless are to face prosecution.
On the other hand, Interspace is allowed to both import and export the goods to Liberty listed as an exception for the company in the laws of Rheinland.
Update your transmission as soon as possible, we would not like to face any incidents originating from misinformation.

I must say that you have done a wonderful job with this work.
Seems this should go a long way towards helping those that trade between the great houses.
Unfortunately I did notice an error regarding Kusari that I thought would be prudent to bring up, as to avoid any issues that may come from miscommunication.
In Kusari the transport and sale of H-Fuel is limited to just a few trusted carriers.
There has been an allowance to ship this commodity along one path through Honshu, but Interspace Commerce is not at this time listed as a GMG authorised shipper.
The part of the law covering this is included below for your convenience.
Quote:Dealing and owning Plutonium and/or H-Fuel is restricted to Samura, Kishiro and GMG (ID+IFF). GMG authorized vessels will be allowed to travel freely through the eastern zone of the Honshu system under special conditions.
On another note, feel free to include diamonds to goods that you may freely import into Kusari from the house of Rheinland.
