I shot your Pirate Transport today - I apologise; while Hogosha Pirate Transport with a fancy charactonym "Golden.Raider" falls into "ANY identifiable and hostile Kusarians (KNF/KSP/Hogosha/FA/Samura/Kishiro/KPT)" category, Bretonian Bounty Board doesn't mention Transports and Freighters as valid targets. So, eventually what I did was sanctionable and you are free to submit a report if you want.

It was a mistake made through lack of attention, but it's a weak excuse.
