SRP is closed, what you see is the admins catching up to things.

But, if you know the right people and got the know how, you can still get a SRP in.

its semi-opened. srp for important official faction stuff is open. like the LE BS or SCRA ships. for the 'average' community member it is closed for the time being. i believe that should clear the conspiracy theories
