the point is, that the repairship would no longer be able to instantly heal over 4 million units of health in 0.01 seconds just by handing out a load of nano's

if you watch the video, you see how that repair gun works, this would make the current repairship act in the same manner. that being, 1 repairship can not repair more than 1 ship at a time, and that one repairship would repair only 1 ship ata time slowly, not instantly.

so your example is about buffing the repairship as it is right now,

if it had repair guns, i doubt it would also have 4000 bots and bats.

Not really. caps are quite crappy in this game, so we could have slowly killed them all. Wouldn't be the first time. Even the full solaris battleship was being torn to shreds by teh bombers. It was the repair ship that kept it alive for so long.

But we're drifting from the topic discussion. In the end, I think it makes little difference. as Igiss said no to repair guns.
