There is one thing in this server that makes it fun and compelling compared to other servers, and some people may laugh or scorn me for saying it, but it's factions and the characters that people roleplay as their leadership. However, with the many factions that come with the server, to me anyway they've become 'faceless'. We don't see the people behind the reigns of power.

In another game I play called Hearts of Iron II, you get to see the cabinet that holds power with the country and it's status. I'll give you an example:

(Source: Darkest Hour: Kaiserreich Mod, in this mod Entente lost the war and UK went socialist after the royal family fled to Canada in case you're curious.)

From the image above, you can see the cabinet, their roles, the country's political orientation.

I think it could be interesting if something caught on for this for our factions so that people can have a quick information about the leaders, faction political stance and find it easier to find the names of who to communicate to in-game and on the forums as such.

I am unsure of what else to type, but I hope something along these lines catches on.

What do you guys think?

More information is always better.

I think this could unecessarily complicate government structure of houses as not everyone is familiar with how cabinets work.

Hell half of the community doesn't even understand English fully, nevermind roleplaying a paperwork clerk behind a desk.

Not saying it has to follow the image I've shown above, but something to show who is the leader, their names and Admirals or Foreign Secretaries and the like could make things a little more streamlined.

In one hand, there is more depth with roleplay, on the other more people are confused. I'd say may as well hit that 50% than 0%.
