[REQUEST] Trade Lane Removal

Discovery is a freelancer expansion pack in some way
So noway lanes are going to be removed

He didn't want to have tradelanes removed from the public Discovery we all play on, just the one in his LAN;)
And besides, the problem got a workaround/fixed in a way:D
