Hello. this is my ship, and I didn't scan you. I just found a pirat ship in the trade lane so I docked. And I logged another ship in NL to buy RA for the base then closed the game and I was going to log back after 30 minutes or so. Your name includes 'pirat' so it's not a good name if you want to interact with Bowex (This is also my feedback about your name).

Well, for an indictment like that, it takes evidence or the accuser is exposed to injury and falsehood on his terms. For this there is an Administrator body.
