Looking for a program to view infocards

I can't find an FLDev download for the life of me, and in this topic:

Coriko linked to another program that was specially for viewing infocards, but the link is broken now.

Does anyone have this infocard viewer? I don't need an xml reader, or whatever you call those other programs, I just need an easy way to view infocards out of the game.

Although the Rostock infocard seems to be broken in FLComp, it's reading as the VIPs infocard.
