It's better, but you still are making the same mistake. Think of it this way: Don't cut the character out. Cut just INSIDE the character. As if you're literally cutting the edge of the render off, and not cutting the render out from the background.

Really though, just bring it back to Photoshop, put it on a background the same color (or close) to the forum background color. Most people use Blue Solution, so if you're gonna do graphic art here, make sure it looks good on the dark grey of Blue Solution. But once you have it in Photoshop against the right background, just use a small airbrush style eraser at varying levels of flow to clean up the edges that look bad.

Meh that project was just a roughy. I wasnt using the cut tool for that one.

Used the "Q" hotkey outline strategy.

Though I bet shes easier to do then the other one since she doesn't have a glow like the other one.

I'll either clean her up tomorrow or not doing anything about it.

I'm not doing work for other people, just myself.

EDIT: Might change Despair's eye color, not diggin the purple.

Actually that one was almost cool. I just had to remove a pixel from all edges (contract selection in PS) and do a few clicks with a 3px soft eraser.

That method sometimes does it, thou it's almost as much work as using pen-tool - what leaves clean, anti-aliased edges.

Now, I need to go and make a sig for both hope and despair.

Hope on the left Despair on the right. Im thinking of like a clash type of signature. You know like in video games where two characters versus each other. Thats the idea at least. Hope it plays well.

EDIT: Lazy mode on my signature. I feel that Hope and Despair dont work together in a signature.

They're contrast is just too different. So now I plan on making both of them a signature and using one of those
multi image rotation signature website do hickeys for it.
