Due to the continued requests from both Liberty, and the Britonian Governments, Rheinland has Decided to Turn over the five Phantom Prisoners to the Britonian Authoritys in the New london system. This transfer is to allow the Unrest on both houses to calm to a minimum, and these men stand for the Crimes against humanity. The Chanceller hopes that this show of Faith will help bridge the Differences between Britonia, Liberty and Rheinland.

GNN: Prisoner Transfer to occur in orbit of New London.
To satisfaction of the Bretonian populace and the majority of Manhatten the extradition of the Phantom Prisoners will take place in orbit of New London with the trial to take place aboard a Sirius Federation flagship. With the amount of evidance against the Phantoms the trial is expected to be extremely short. Slight protests remain on Manhatten wanting the trial and execution to take place in Liberty space but have not been acknowledge or supported by the Liberty government.

Evidence was Provided today in a press conference of the so called Bombs that where planted on the Prison Ship Rhein. Labeled with Liberty Serial codes that where traced to the LSF, and Damning security footage of Liberty Maintenence teams working in the Same Area.
Members of the Rheinland Chancellery are Furious at these Turn of events, " This is dispicable, to do this to a fellow ally and not even give a reason, disgusting just disgusting ".
After the Information, Chanceller Kristy Samus deemed that Rheinland will wait for a anwser from Liberty, but do to the Increase attacks by so many Faction, that from now on all ships entering Rheinland will be scanned, and Pirate or allie to them will be shot on site, no questions asked.

GNN: Warrants issued for members of the LSF by the Liberty Navy
Following review of the evidence presented, the Liberty Government issued warrants for the LSF members involved in the bombing of the Prison Ship Rhein. An official for the Liberty Navy made the following statement before a packed press conference on Manhatten:
At this time it is unclear whether the bombing was a deliberate move of the LSF or the operation of a couple of individuals. However, a full investigation has been launched to determine the complete role of the LSF in the bombings. During the investigation, the police powers of the LSF will be significantly curbed, and the Liberty Navy will assume the LSFs responsibilities.
The Liberty Navy also made the following statement with regards to Rheinland's increased alertness:
Rheinland has the right to scan and detain criminals within its borders. But any unprovoked attack against a Liberty vessel or citizen will be considered an act of war.
Within a couple of minutes of transfering responsibilties away from the LSF, three train convoys bound for Manhatten were attacked by the Liberty Rogues and Outcasts; raising questions about the Liberty Navy's ability to handle the additional patrols.
