We managed to get our hands on another vessel from this class. We plan to station it in the Koeln system, it would serve as a perfect mobile station to reduce a lot of the heavy traffic that is currently on wuppertal. The ship is now in maintenance and is getting a fresh coat of paint along with the latest security upgrades. As head of Security I am overseeing this project and I hope you will be able to approve our request and add the ship to the Barge registry of zhe Rheinland.

The exact captain is not known yet, I we are currently training the crew to maintain the mobile station. For your paperwork you could mention me Hans Hoffman and Frederick Schneider

§1.1.4. Intention in Rheinland
a short summary: A mobile station to use for Kruger Mineralien within the rheinland borders. Without have a stational one station which would make our investments more focussed on stations like we have with our Bautzen, It is a station which at this moment costs us a lot of repairs. The high activity of the Red Hessian Army is one of the reasons of these immense costs. With a mobile station we can simply decide to move it to another location without having to invest in the construction of another base.
§1.1.5. Cargo, which would be transported
Various depending on the delivery of the transports and Miners in the area. But for making it simple for your paperwork I would request the same as we have with our other vessels.
§1.1.6. Origin of the cargo
Rheinland or from outside of rheinland from imports by traders docking on the station.
§1.1.7. Destination of the trade
I am not responsible for the destination of the ships docked on our mobile station. The station itself will not be moved a lot, only for certain tasks the captain will be informed off.

Guten Tag, Sehr geehrter Chief of Security Hofmann. My name is Christiane Laurich and I´m kommissar from administrative department of the Rheinland Federal Polizei. Frau Carsten - which is by the way in rank of polizeidirektor actually for some time - forwarded your message to me because it´s our department which is handling applications for barge registry now.
Your application looks gut, but just to be perfectly clear - do I understand it correctly that your barge will be moved to Koeln system and then it will stay there just with possible minor movements only within this system?

My appologies about my mix up with Laura Carsten her position. My last transmission with her involved making a date for a dinner. I must admit, my work took all my spare time.
The mobile station will most likely be in Koeln for a prolongue duration of time. It is not within my power to decide how the mobile station would serve in the best interests of Krüger Mineralien. I just handle the paperwork and make sure that the interests of Krüger Mineralien will be secured. A hard job in these hard and desperate times, it would be in the best interest of Krüger Mineralien to allow the Barge in the entire entity of Rheinland, with exception of Article Seven of the Rheinland laws, the Restricted areas.

Guten Tag again, Sehr geehrter Chief of Security Hofmann. Danke for clarification. Consider Kruger|Thuringia registered. However it would be good if you will contact us in case your supertransport will leave Koeln and will travel through any areas with heavier traffic, to make sure no accident will happen. I wish you gut flight!
Oh and regarding personal matters with polizeidirektor Carsten like date or dinner...

...well, it would be probably better to discuss this directly with her I guess. But I mentioned what you said when I met her in cafeteria during lunch and to quote her, she "was curious about that after reminding it in your previous discussion, yet didn´t expect you will talk about it with somebody else. But she also feel your pain of being too busy currently".
