Just a small change that allows abit more flexibilty, i think the Indy trader IDs cargo rule should be upped from 3.8 to 4k, as by what i can tell, there isnt a ship with 3.8k cargo space. Theres a few with 3.5/6 but then it jumps to 4k, so prehaps make the ID have a 4k limit (im going by the wiki on the ID info, so if this is already done ignore me.)

In the title you said Independent Miner ID (which doesn't exist) and then you said Independent Trader ID. Which is it?

Then Independent Miner ID does exist. It's usually shortened to "Miner ID" however.

The reason the cargo allowance is set to what it currently is, is to deny non-affiliated folk the usage of the high volume trains, but allow the use of the Borderworlds Transport, which is the most commonly used one among independent traders.
