I run a junker character by the name of Comitaus and I would like to join the junker congress, but befor I apply I need to remake the character to fix some rep.
When I created the character I took 1 junker bribe and did around 30 missions against xenos. I then took a double bribe with the outcasts so i'd be seen as friendly, but this seemed too screw up my rep with gallia's police and navy badley, so I took 1 bribe with gallia police. Now I am barely neutral with gallia police/navy, neutral with outcast, and almost hostile with the council (I can no longer dock at their bases). I am also full hostile with gallic brigands and the maquis.
I was hoping to get some advice on how to keep as many factions nuetral/friendly as possible to help me with my new character. I'd also like to be friendly enough with the junker guard to buy their ID, though I do not plan to get one.

I forgot to mention, I did restart as freelancer when I made my current character. Was that a good, or bad idea?
Well, nevermind. After some experimenting it seems that restarting as Gallia works best. I set the rep for a junker fairly close to what is posted on the wiki.
