To: The Blood Dragon Shogunate
From: Guild Master Taro Katsuo
Location: Shuri Base, Planet Miura, Okinawa
Konbanwa honourable Taishogun, esteemed Shoguns and brave samurai warriors of the Blood Dragons.
My name is Taro Katsuo, a Guild Master of the Gas Miners Guild, but I come before you a humble man. I would not waste your valuable time with trivial matter, and as such my communique will be short and precise.
Less than a fortnight ago, a lone Guild transport was ambushed in Honshu by the dishonourable and treacherous Hogosha; barely having enough time, the transport managed to send a distress signal to our Paramilitary forces before taking intense fire. One of my Seibyou, Guild Ace Hiromichi Shinohara responded to the call for help. As I have no doubt that you are already well-informed and aware, the incident finally dragged into the Chugoku system and next to your ancient city of Kyoto; all would be against my own wishes, as well as the Guild's.
Now, my hope is that you would allow me and my retinue of trusted Seibyou to come before you in the Imperial Court, to express my own and the Guild's formal and most sincere apology, while also aspire to make amends for our lacking respect of your invaluable trust.
It's not the first time such an unfortunate event would take place, but fret not, as Kyoto is an asteroid base located within a vast field of other asteroids after all. I'm sure if the location of the base would be compromised, our sentries would have known about it. I'm equally sure those pests were taken care of swiftly if they came just a little bit too close to our base.
As I said, the event itself isn't without precedent, yet the manner of your apology is. And it once again leads me to believe Your organisation is one of the very few we can always count on and trust. The Shogunate will be delighted to be given the chance to host an esteemed Guild Master and with that, strengthen the bonds between our organisations.
