As the new Vice President of Universal Shipping Incorporated, I would like to formally introduce myself and address an issue. Uh, I guess we can start with my name, Jason Sawyer, but you can just call me "VP" It's no big deal.

I've noticed that even with all of our shipments to the frontlines, the Navy, Liberty Police Incorporated, and the Liberty Security Force still rarely call us for help. Lets say for patrols, or requiring transports for moving contraband from those pesky "Embargo Runners."

This is merely a notice that, as the main suppliers of Liberty and our Lawful forces, we can help in any way possible. We're not JUST the uh, "conventional," traders they you meet around Liberty. If there are not enough pilots for a patrol, call us, we're here to help. If you need a transport, once again, call us. We're here to help. We have plenty of men and women here to assist and support with whatever things you need.

Just wanted to clear that up and I'm hoping we can get to know eachother.

I, and I'm sure my colleagues as well, appreciate your gesture of good will towards the forces. However, it is at least the Liberty Navy's policy not to involve civilians in security matters wherever possible. Many of us fight so you and your employees don't have to, and I feel that this is the way it should stay.

We will bear your offer in mind and may, in a dire situation, take it up one day.
