Hear me people of Sirius, all you dark and decrepit creatures that call yourselves humans, hear my voice! For I am Doctor Ivo Robotnik! I come from another dimension, the Mobius realm, and I am now here. My purpose in this realm is to unite all of Sirius under one banner! MY banner, the Empire of Robotnik! Of course, every emperor needs an army, and every emperor needs assassins to weed out any do-gooders and idealists. They're everywhere, like a tay of hope! BAH, we will snuff out that light and turn it into only darkness!

For the people who have been shunned, shut out, join me, and we will smash the order in this sector, we will smash civilization, for there can only be chaos! For only in chaos are we really free, I am here to free you, you filthy, dark and depraved sections of humanity.

But I have not come alone, although, I am not all powerful, at least, not yet my minions. For my Death Egg may be from another dimension, but it is trapped between them. Only small ships can get to and from it with a Dimension Power Ring, and I have one of the only ones in this dimension.

In order for my Death Egg to enter this realm and granting me total and unquestionable dominance, I must acquire the energy spheres! I have learned that the Chaos Emeralds in my realm have a similar resonance frequency to what some of your researchers are calling, Alien Power Cores. Be their names as they may be, they belong to ME by right.

Those who stand with me, shall be rewarded, those who oppose me. Hehehe, well, the consequences are too dire to contemplate my minions.
