To our allies from across the border worlds,

Today I must speak for Mr. Teshurr, he is wanted by someone, and is in hiding, but please keep that between me and you.

Lets get to the point though - We have major problems with Rheinland, and they only seem to be increasing. Their fronts against Liberty increase, but their flanks weaken. We, being the others in my "high command," have heard of your conflict, and we would be delighted to use a BMM base as a forward outpost, and as well as for your support, to strike at Rheinland's economy.

Douglas Station is our prime location for our operations. We would be willing to pay a monetary fee, or supply goods to BMM bases, or any Bretonian base for that matter, in order to acquire clearance to use Douglas.

For the time being it will probably be only snub craft there, and a few transports. We are not pouring all our resources into this operation, merely testing the waters first. If we deem it good, we will base larger ships from it.

If this proposition interests you, which I'm hoping that it will, we'll be waiting for your reply.

Your request is intriguing to say the least. Since Omega-3 is in martial law, I Do not wish to take measures the crown wouldn't find favor in.

Your request has been denied. I have spoken to my government officials, and they feel that an offensive USI presence at Douglas is not beneficial to the Kingdom at this time. If you wish, I will notify you when your military presence is needed to spar against Rheinland.

I apologize for the inconvenience. It seems the government is feeling very fickle due to this conflict--many issues to deal with at once.
If your transports are in need of hydrocarbons from Omega-3, they are more than welcome to dock and buy from us.
