Greetings, first of all, I'm sorry to disturb with such a trivial matter, but it is stopping my regular work.
I'll be brief, my job lately, consisted on supplying the Liberty Navy with Military Vehicles at BattleShip Concord, located on New Hampshire.
Today, on my route back to Texas, I was ordered to leave the sectors by a Navy Officer (LNS-Grizzly), who was claiming that the access to that systems was not granted for me.

I assure that I obeyed the order of leaving the system before asking or discussing the matter.
Please, I need a confirmation before I change my route or resume my work on the current one.

Is the access to the Minnesota, Quebec and New Hampshire systems restricted to the ships that supply Military Vehicles?

I would like you to tell me, with some sort of proof by the law, why you stopped and told a Deep Space Engineering vessel to move out of New Hampshire. It's not a restricted area, just one that doesn't see too much traffic. In fact, Deep Space Engineering represents a sizable portion of the logistics traffic that goes to the lines there. They are a keystone in keeping our forces well supplied, and your actions directly and negatively impacted on this.

I'm very keen to hear your side of the story Captain. I can't think of a valid reason for you to do this though, so in the event that you cannot convince the High Command that what you did was neccessary, I will ask you to formally apologise to the complainant.

first of all we are in war with Rheinland and we have no time arguing with small traders that think they can order us LNS, the military superior force of Sirius as we know, around about who we may or may not order to move out of a military/war system.

second, to my knownledge only Universal Shipping and Liberty Navy are concidered lawful in Minnesota.

third, as far as we know Deep Space Engineering builds Trandelanes and mines scrap and we think you should best focus on that instead of competing with Universal Shipping in Minnesota.

forth, Quebec and New Hampshire are warsystems that all Traders should generaly avoid.

fifth, be ashured that Liberty forces are completely capable of moving all needed military equipment themselves.

now be a good liberty company and dont bicker against LNS about some high risk tradeopportunity because we provide you with savety every day thus we enable all your tradeopportunities in the first place. Therefor please stop acting as if we would do the opposite by issuing such lawesuite like, like your indoctrination of an demand to justify our measures to you.

I would suggest you really do familiarise yourself with the chain of command before you make a very amusing mistake...

Oh too late, you already did. Miss Christina Robinson is a Commodore (Admiral) within the Liberty Navy primary fleet and is my second in command. She has operational command over you. You follow her orders.

Anyway... let me point out the flaws in the message you just sent.

1. Christina Robinson is in the Liberty navy, not DSE. She was pulling you up and demanding an explanation from you because you appear to have done something rather wrong.
2. Minnesota is open access to all lawful elements within Liberty. That means DSE, Ageira, the LPI, LSF, Navy, Universal, everyone...
3. Quebec and New hampshire are systems which are involved very directly in the war, yes. However Universal, DSE and Ageira all supply the chain of battleships out to the Battleship Concord.

In short, if I see or hear a report about you hassling any liberty traders again, then I will make very very sure that you are stripped of your rank and ship commision.

Dear Fleet Admiral David Hale and Commodore Christina Robinson,

I did not disobey any command from my Point of view, to the contrary i obeyed Commodore Christina Robinson`s order by responding right away. I also tried to fullfille her demand for legal justification, as good as i could.

Unfortunatly now i got the impression that LNS Leadership cares more for DSE traders than for theyr own LNS ship commanders, by giving them unquestionable right to be in Systems like New Hampshire, that LNS shipd usualy uses for target practice and that plays some role ofcourse in engagements with Rheinland Military aswell.

In consequence I will try to adapt to the very high danger of accidentaly shooting some DSE Tradevessels while i train my crew against Rheinland and Liberty Rouge enemys in New Hampshire.

Also i will stop using my rights, as pointed out in our official Liberty navy guard Papers, to give orders to any and all Tradevessels.

The legal justification I was referring to, or the lack of, would be here. If it existed, which it doesn't. If DSE or any other corporation were not permitted in certain areas, that would be listed under "systems with restricted access", which I'm sure you can find yourself.

There is a very good reason why the High Command has taken the side of Deep Space Engineering over you, and that's because your "legal justification" is one you came up with off the top of your head. You mistaking me for an employee of Deep Space Engineering didn't help matters, since you gave yourself leave to insult my intelligence. I'll warn you now, that's a dangerous path to travel.
