Either way, the people I represent - the Navy - happen to have new occurances about the issue reguarding 36th elements and Carrie. For obvious reasons, this should be kept as quiet as possible. My orders are to tell her and her alone, in addition to provide protection, unless she explicitly tells me face to face not to. We all know how easy it can be to fake voice message in this day and age. Hell, even false video. But, your cautious, which is quite good. The reason why it was sent to you was due to a tip, given from someone who saw both your ships together and informed us, when I was informed to do my job. You are, as of now, the only reliable lead I have.

But sure. Name your price for co-operation. Try to make it quick though. We don't have weeks to do this. Maybe not even days. The sooner this is done, the better. I'm hardly the biggest threat at this time.
