Konnichiwa Daumann Heavy Construction, my name is Yamato Hamasaki,
I represent Kishiro Technologies''¢ Office of Foreign Relations.
We here at Kishiro Technologies'¢ would like to expand our relations with Daumann,
we would like to begin negotiations for a contract in which we would purchase uncut diamonds.
We would of course be paying you for your services,
our offices have determined that the price of 3000SC per unit(or roughly 38.96%) is the most optimal,
however we would of course be willing to negotiate that number to something we can both agree on.
We would also make sure you have access to the latest K-Tech'¢ equipment,
be it Optronics'¢ Optical chips'¢ or any of our other fine products.
We would also be willing to aid you in your more routine requirements,
such as Mining Machinery, Oxygen, Food and water, as well as Kusarian light arms.
We patently await your response, we understand matters such as this often times take some debating.
Signed

While shipping has never been at the forefront of Daumann Heavy Construction's ambitions, mining and the acquisition of materials from often hostile environments are. Our teams meet targets far in advance of our competitors in the Rheinland and Borderworld asteroid fields. It is only natural that you would come to us to meet your demand for Uncut Diamonds, and we will provide.
The DHC- branded branch of Daumann Heavy Construction find the tender of 3,000cr per standard unit of Uncut Diamonds acceptable on the basis of collection in Omega 11.
You may be surprised, and even a little disappointed, at a lack of negotiation over price, but there is a particular menace in Kusari to which you may be more immune to than our pilots. I speak of course, of certain gangsters and angry farmers, who have been harassing our haulers for credits and cargo. It is our preference that these diamonds reach foreign markets with the minimum hassle and bloodshed so that they maintain the confidence of all our customers, and of course, their value.
Optronics are of particular necessity to the Daumann corporation's mining concerns due to our operations in dense asteroid fields. In these fields the thousands of calculations of trajectory pathing that change moment by moment are all that keep our teams from a crushing death. We appreciate Kishiro's continued improvements to these computing systems since they save lives on a daily basis. We continue to accept large shipments to Oder Shipyards.
Uncut diamonds, as you may well know, are primarily to be discovered in the asteroid belt around the Red Giant of Omega 11. As you may or may not know, this system is contested heavily by the Red Hessian criminal and terrorist organisation. We would recommend security teams accompany any Kishiro ships to ensure safe delivery of cargo to Kusari. DHC- Security, a subsidiary of the DHC- branded branch of Daumann Heavy Construction, will be happy to liaise with Kishiro security operatives in order to ensure a safer journey for Daumann diamonds aboard Kishiro transports.
We anticipate a long and prosperous relationship with Kishiro Technologies.
Gottfried Munk
DHC- Executive

New Berlin
Konnichiwa Munk-san, it is good to finally have a name to put to the face of Daumann.
I will admit, I was in fact surprised by your readiness to agree to our terms,
but I do know of the scum populating Kusari you speak of and yes they do tend to give us more wiggle room.
As for the Optonics'¢ that will not be a problem at all, the security may be more of an issue though.
At this time we do not have a very large security team at this time, we are however working on changing this.
We would of course supply any aid we can while we are at the mining site,
and maybe once we acquire a slightly larger security force a more permanent presence in your aid.
The Kishiro Board of Directors will need to vote the policy through before it becomes official,
but I assure you that is simply a technicality as we all wish to further our relations with Daumann.
The Board may need a couple days before we find time to hold the debate,
as you may or may not have heard our CEO's son was killed in tragic accident recently
and because of this he has taken some time off.
While the remaining members of the board can pass the contract through
in the end the CEO must sign off on everything.
Once the board has finalized the deal either myself or our secretary miss Kato will contact you over this channel.
Signed

It is with sorrow that we at DHC- hear of your Chief Executive Officer's loss. Our sympathies are with him in what must be a trying time.
DHC- Security is an established and proven entity and in most cases proves a sufficient deterrent to piracy or assassination attempts. As stated previously we are able to peel DHC- Security assets from the Omega mining sites in order to ensure safe arrival of Kishiro transports and DHC- materials to Kusari. These operatives are highly trained, and will be able to make themselves scarce, and regroup, whenever it is politically inconvenient for them to be in evidence.
It is not the mining sites we are concerned for, but our prospective new partners who may not have experienced the true dangers of Rheinland. We hope to make those inevitable experiences as mild as we are able.
We await the Kishiro Board's decision.
In sympathy,
Gottfried Munk

Konnichiwa Munk-san.
Please forgive the delay since my last message.
I am please to tell you that the available board members have passed the contract for the uncut diamonds!
Unfortunately, our CEO has still been available to ultimately sign off on it,
I have how ever heard from his secretary that he will back the contract,
but is still mourning the loss of his son and would rather not have the pressure of a board room debate.
I look forward to this partner ship between our two corporations.
I think it will bring us all great fortune.
