This may be unknown outside the developers themselves, but I am now the lead proofreader for infocards, which among other things, involves making sure that new infocard needs are met.
If you have further interest in rumor writing, I hope to be able to do a thorough overhaul of outdated rumors across the entire mod, one House at a time, but this will only take place after all the necessary new additions for the war zones and Gallia are completed. If you have experience in Gallia already, then you may let me know that you are interested. I expect to start working on Gallic rumors during the next week.
There will be two Kusari battleships left behind in Bretonia when Kusari withdraws, one in Leeds and one in Newcastle. Both of them currently use copies of rumors from back in Kusari. I intend to write entirely new rumors for all the npcs on both battleships. That amounts to about 10 npcs, 2 to 3 rumors for each one.
If you have any ideas about rumors for these Kusari exiles, please send me a private message with your ideas.
This may include actual rumors that you wrote, or just brief ideas about the attitudes, beliefs, intentions, and desires of the KNF who get left behind with these battleships. Most of the npcs are KNF, but there are a handful of Samura and Kishiro.
Again, please send these to me via private message. If you want to write some rumors yourself for the KNF exiles, they should be between 1 and 5 sentences long. 2 or 3 sentences is average.

Is there a sticky forum place, where you could notify various Houses/Factions when you are ready to start receiving rumours?

I completed the KNF exile rumors for Leeds this morning. Those for Newcastle still remain to be done.
I'm going through Newcastle rumors today, and it is clear that I will need quite a few BAF rumors for the system. There will also be a few for bounty hunters and corporations. I will be writing these during the course of this week, so any ideas sent to my PM inbox will be welcomed.
