Good evening sir's / madams.

My name is Chief Danielle Mathews, head of the Department of Trade for Universal Shipping Inc.
Now, as you maybe could have guessed, this is a message regarding the message between USI, and Kishiro Technologies. As you may or may not have noticed, USI's business within Kusari all together seems to have fallen rapidly, maybe because of the Outcast presence in the Tau's ? Or the current Kusari economy, I'm not too sure but I do want to help Kishiro out.

As I am the head of the Department of Trade it is my responsibility to take care of USI employee's, as well as review possible profitable shipments. After having a quick flick through past USI - Kishiro shipments, some could be turned into profitable amounts.

I have also heard rumours that Kishiro are in, lets say a 'pickle' with the current politics within Kusari, I will be willing order the command to help Kishiro out,
"To be a growing company, you must grow together with your allies" That was my fathers old saying.
And as much as USI will help out Kishiro, I'm sure Kishiro will be able to help USI with some things as well.

I understand that with the raging wars between houses causes alot of issues, with Kusari, dealing with Rheinland, and Liberty dealing with Bretonia. But I propose, if you decide to accept my hand in allegiance, that both of our companies will ignore the others business.

I will give you some time to reply, which I eagerly await. If you accept my hand in allegiance I shall begin making contacts to create a few new USI routes within Kusari, ofcourse with Kishiro's help.
However, I must state that this is a 'offer' which cannot wait, and if not signed in a amount of time the offer will expire, along with USI's business within Kusari.

Does USI run on sets of rumors? Surely if you would say press releases or studies from the top leading economists would have been more believable than rumors. You would say the constraints have indeed set USI apart from contracts previously held with Kishiro. Even contracts that have not been put to practice yet were signed. If you would like to entertain a contract of sorts Kishiro will review it. Kishiro is open to any discussion of policies between commercial borders.

Hmm, Hello.
On the contrary sir, USI does not run on rumours, nor accusations, nor lies. I was simply asking if the rumours within the press was true. After all, most of the things the press say are true.
But ofcourse, I would indeed deny the press realises on the matter if it was USI, instead of Kishiro.

Anyway back to business. I have reviewed 3 profitable route through Kusari, relating to shipments of Kishiro controlled locations.
The first one would be USI delivering Light Arms to Isehara Terraforming Outpost, in return of processing a license to ship Plutonium from your bases.
The second one would be USI delivering Terra Forming Gases to the same base.
And the final route I reviewed would be delivering Cobalt to Planet Honshu.

Now, is this relationship between USI and Kishiro going to be difficult ? I will not risk USI transports going into Kusari, if they are going to get hassle from your employee's. As I presume you will do the same.

When I worked for Intelligence Service in my youth my contact in an international case, from Liberty, told the case worker to " go pound sand." So I am telling you the same. If you're not familiar with the expression don't fret you'll be wasting more of your time.
