Two days ago at 22:15:01 Standard Manhattan Time, the South Bend encountered a Kusari Naval Cruiser at West Point Military Academy. The commander did not show no intention to cooperate when asked to halt their operations and turn in their ship and crew to the Liberty Navy until we would figure out their intentions. They evaded any disruptors fired and fled to the California System.

Today at 08:35:09 Standard Manhattan Time, the South Bend encountered a Kusari Naval Gunboat in the California System. The warship at hand was using the transit network and were on their way to California Minor. No contact with the ship in question was established.

Judging from their course, we can see, that they are using our territory to stage attacks on Bretonia, bypassing their front lines. It was out of blind luck, that the Bretonian Ambassador's ship was near Manhattan at the time and none of the patrols reported this out loud on system-wide channels.

The Freeport 4 personnel should probably have even more information on the ships at hand, their signatures vanishing from our scanners not too long after entering the Magellan System.


None of the ships in question had contacted any of the secondary fleet commanders regarding entering our space.


This is troubling news to say the least, I am sorry that we seem to bring only bad news so far.

I was a little startled by the report you presented to High Command and myself - If the Kusarians are indeed mounting attacks on Bretonia from our soil, there shall be severe consequences.
