I've read the treaty and for the incident regarding the 'Freelancers' in Omega 3 mentioned. Before I open up to comments, I would like to know if these 'Freelancers' Bowex is reffering to are the ones currently working with Rheinland's Rheinwehr?
Also, these Bretonian ships allowed to transport military vehicles.
1. Will they be required to have a specific ID, Tag, and ship class?
2. Will a convoy of ships with all the registered identification be able to have tag-along-transports claiming to be a new member of this 'convoy' though they do not have the proper ID and tags themslves?'
2b. Will ships claiming to be a part of this 'convoy' with no official registered transports in system have rights to transport military vehicles?
2c. Will any violating transports with military vehicles, claiming to be a part of this 'convoy,' be required to release their cargo or should, for the sake of peace, be allowed to transport the cargo until further identification can be established?

Guten Tag,
My name is Erich Teufel, I am a member of the Rheinland Bundestag. I will be contacting you regarding a treaty agreed to with Bretonia involving yourself and I will try to answer your questions as best I can.
My apologies for keeping this brief, but I have a lot of mail to reply to this evening.
The freelancers Bretonia whats compensation from is indeed your group. They requested a fine of 15 million from you and in the interest of peace, Rheinland agreed for it to be paid. You will be sending 15 million to the Bretonian government. That being said, what was agreed upon was a payment for outstanding fines only, not an admission of guilt. Rheinland asserts that you are in no way guilty of braking any laws and seeing all the help you have given Rheinland, you will be duly compensated.
As for the shipping of military veichals, only tagged [Convoy] vessles have the right to do so.
Due to the delicate situation, we ask that if you find anyone else breaking this law, to take pictures and send them to us rather then take any action yourself.
Have a good day,
Representative for the Rheinland Bundestag, Erich Teufel

Your reply to my inquiry is more than adequate and I believe this is the right thing we're doing here. I will open a communication with Bowex and parley with their representatives regarding this issue. It helps tremendously knowing Rheinland supports us in this measure.
Again, as you have clarified, we will allow any and all transports to transport military vehicles but keep records of other unauthorized shipments and await a response before taking any action.
All other Rheinland laws will be upheld with reasonable force and tact.
For Rheinland!
