Today I was a little troubled after reading a report that at least two of your capital ships have breached the Liberty border and made it through to California. Allegedly, neither ship complied with orders from the reporting Liberty Navy Commander and were last seen headed out through Magellan.

I would be appreciative if the captains and XO's of both these ships be turned over to the Liberty authorities for charges to be laid - Unless they were acting under the orders of their superior officers, in which case, we would require their superiors to be handed over for court proceedings.

Unfortunatelly we were not aware about actions of this ships and their captains.
We were sure that they are guarding our borders but it seems that they left their posts and now marked as deserters.
We would like to help you and turn them both back to Liberty authorities, but unfortunatelly current location of those vessels unknown.
If you will spot them again or any other Naval forces ship in Liberty, that didn't requested permission to enter your space,
you hereby authorised to use any force against them, we won't support deserters and fallen samurais.
If they decided betray thier house, they deserve only death.
