The 101st doesn't value the pointless destruction of any outcast warship very highly, no matter who is in command of it. We however have the necessary means to ban any misplaced beings from Malta if we deem it necessary. This requires us to have evidence to work with though. And of course the identity of the one considering himself the judge of the outcast nation.

Blind murder of a fellow outcast, his crew and the destruction of an outcast ship however will get the executing outcast to be exiled from Malta himself. This is a warning to all potential clients. In our society each life is sacred. Lethal force against our own kind is the last way to go.
