since the leader of the phantom has said that recruiting is not going to happen will their system and everything in it be put out in the open for anyoen to buy the ships etc as i really like th elook of the ships.

If you want to use phantom stuff in multiplayer you can only do it on another server.

I'd rather the Phoom members actually had the integrity to follow through their own announcement and delete / re-rep their ships. The fact that Ench can get away with lulzing around in a Phantom Osiris is ridiculous.

Oh. No. I'd rather see back full faction with deep lore and proper aims, beyond PvP-only instead of getting rid of few lulzing players.

This has been discussed several times over.

Phantom ships are not available for use by anyone on the Discovery GC RP 24/7 server at this point unless a SRP has been granted.

If you see anyone using Phantom tech or wearing the Phantom ID on this server, please follow the proper procedure and report it. The former official faction has no say in what its former players do with those ships, it's up to the administration to take care of it, and they can't do that if they don't know what's what and where.

Only you can prevent forest fires.
