acces denied

i made a char,blood dragon.bought a katana,did missions till got BD IFF and ID,now i want to go to tau 63 and dock on mito shipyards.if i dock there,it says Acces denied you can't dock here,your reputation stinks(or your papers are no good)

how can i fix this?

Probably you have not enough Guard rep to dock there. Do few more missions to increase it and you'll be able to dock.-3 blocks of guard rep is enough to dock I think

You need a few more missions, probably - You need to have over -0.65 rep with the faction that owns the base to be able to dock, if I remember correctly.

Not all bases have such a mechanism. Some will need the proper reputation and others will say:

-Your reputation stink
-Your papers are no good
- and so on...
