extreme lag spikes

so i have a belkin 150n router,it is usually laggy,but manageable.
/ping looks clear,45-50 ms and 0 for all other values

2 days agoo i started lagging very badly.for one moment i would have normal ping(45ms),and next 3 minutes I would get lag 20% los 10% and so on.heck,even typing was laggy,it would appear on chatscreen some 1-2 secs after i hit enter.

so,does anybody else have this problem?is it my router to blame?who is making all this lag?

and any ideeas how to remove my lag if my router is the blame?
btw on speedtest.net i got about 25-30 mbps at download,4 mbps at upload and 6 ms ping

I use 2/0.2M connection and FL uses it nicely. I had problems with lag for other reasons:

- forgoten Torrentz download/upload process (that canny client works in a background no matter you turn it off)
- my kids are using facebook on my other PC
- player fighting me is using Skype to bring more friends (when friend finally arrives all gets OK, as they stop talking)
