Pretty much the only thing are PvP rules (Only thing that counts as death are docking in sight or dieing), and turret steering

Yes.

Not unless someone figures out a way to run UDP over HTTP... (which is technically impossible, although I suppose it can be emulated)

4.86 seems to be a little closer, Cannon improved the FLHook and other things, we had some FLhook testings, fodding wings, turret steering, turret zoom plus other minor things.

Aeternus Doleo is updating the community with a diary of his work as a developer in the Discovery Developers Forum.

Some rules changes too. I suggest you check them again.
