We are the the Kuroi Akuma, the Black Demons of Kusari. That is the name given to us by the enemies of the Emperor, enemies who are more numerous and better equipped then ever. Me and my brothers decided to take the fight to them, unrestricted by the rules and regulations of the Imperial Nave we have all served until now. For obvious reasons we can not use our Chimaeras and Umibozus so we turn yo you, brothers, for help. We do not want to dishonor ourselves by turning to the gaijins for ships and guns.

We need ships and we need weapons, my brothers. Vultures and Drakes, Black Dragons and Mamorus, as many as me and my men need. We could even use some Raba transports, if you can spare them.

I assure you that everything you provide us with will be used to hunt our enemies and our enemies only. We are not just some random mercenaries, as many of our enemies claimed. We are true Samurai, true Kusarians. You can be certain that your close firends, the Gaians, will not be hurt by us and we can say the same about the Corsair Empire. Some call them criminals, some call them cannibals, but we see the for what they are, true warriors and friends of the Kusari people, so will try to work for them and reward their friendship.

Just to be sure you understand it I will say it again: we are not mercenaries, but warriors of the Kusari Empire. However, we will be paid for our services and what'€™s left after we pay for our supplies and ship maintenance will go to Kusari and all its people and, of course, you will be the ones to direct these funds to the people that need them the most.

Please, my brothers, help us help Kusari. Help us bring death and terror to the enemies of the Empire. Help us fulfill out destines.

finally a Mercanary group who really cares about Kusari? I can`t believe it. You are maybe a honorable Warrior of Kusari, but there were many people who claim to be a true warrior of Kusari but right now you are not trustable. We had too many problems with our Ships and Weapons lately, baka bribery attempts and insults when we don`t give our technology to baka Mercenaries. We cannot trust everyone. When you are a real Kusari you should know what we want and need. Show us that you are worthy enough to use our ships and weapons.

However, with respect, the Black Dragon Society will not condone the blanket use of our equipment by Mercenaries either within or without Kusari unless there is a bond of trust gained through many favourable encounters. We see no such evidence from you to support your application.

You may consider your letter of pretty words to provide a means of introduction to the Hogosha and nothing more, we will observe your behaviour and perhaps at some point in the future an opportunity might arise whereby you could have limited access to our Technology.

We have discussed this application very seriously amongst the Elders of the Hogoasha and held talks with our allies in the Farmers Alliance. Our conclusion is that until you can provide proof that a Mercenary can act with integrity and to the greater good of Kusari, your application is refused.

First of all, the word "mercenary" offends us. A mercenary is a worm, one who only cares about his own pockets. We are not like that, we do not fight for ourselves but for Kusari and its people.

However, I understand your hesitation, my brothers. Too many have used your fine equipment against us and our allies so I see why one will have difficulties taking that risk again. The only problem is we can not prove anything to anybody until we have something to fly.

We will respect your choice and we will do whatever it takes so that Kusari will shine above all the others, but we beg you to reconsider your decision, at least for the Black Dragons and the Drakes. No true kusarian should be forced to turn to the gaijins for ships and weapons. Once we get our operation started you will witness the power of the Black Demons.

Because of this, I have reviewed your request, and also looked over the images you've transmitted. These prove that you're not mere mercenaries, but that you truly fight for Kusari! As a result of this, I shall order the shipwrights of Kabukicho to construct any ships you need, on condition that you take care of a third the building materials needed for the construction. Since you'll be bringing in supplies, we can at least provide the firepower to smite down the Bretonians.
