Good day to you, assorted ladies and gentlemen. This is just a notification to let you fellows there's a duo of Kusari freelancers running amok in Leeds, and possibly more elsewhere. This gang of brigands appears to run with the suffix '|Akuma', generally flying Borderworld class ships - Sabres, Facaltas, that sort of thing.

Now, the worst part is, these buggers have used their affiliations as freelancers to abuse our good nature and trust. The two I previously mentioned - Yoru|Akuma and Mizu|Akuma - attacked and critically damaged a Bowex transport a mere 28K from Planet Leeds, all the while neutral to passing patrols. It's simply an outrage.

I suggest that all '|Akuma' tagged vessels be denied docking rights on Bretonian stations and hunted to the best ability of the law. Furthermore, these brigands need to be bountied. Bowex will be doing so shortly. Here is a comm transcript of the event in question.
