I think that should be made per admin's decision.

Moreover, I have no tech permissions from ANY of the aforementioned factions, nor is or was a member of them. The only thing I do have, is a permission for 4 "Vampire 4" guns by the IMG, but as far as I understand they remain IMG, and even if I'll lose that permission I don't -really- care (in a case the guns turn CR). It's only guns and I can always use the good old codies.

So, then let's hear their decision? I'm pretty sure if we were not allowed to decide on this, we will probably
not give out any ships anymore, as we'd have to fear our decision being overruled by Adminpower.

And as CR and IMG are pretty much allied, we will probably grant most of the old CR-requested Nyx which
then will change to IMG VHFs. But we should be able to review it all and talk to the indivduals, instead of
being force to let them keep it, even though they requested it via CR.

Well, we will have to see. Giving the faction controll over it is better in my opinion.

Why isn't anybody sorry about CR? Everyone of us will have to rebuy our red-black. And nobody's offering any sort of monetary compensation.

Here's my deal: All grants get reviewed. Those that don't get approved again (under a revocable contract) get refunded. Both granting fee and ship price.

- You have tech granted by IMG? (with the exception of Zephyr)
- Then you will still keep your stuff without the need to change anything.

- You have been granted Zephyr by IMG?
- In .86 the Zephyr turns to a CR BS so you lose the permission to use it, unless CR gives you one.

- You had Charon in .85 which turned into IMG LF in .86?
- You need permission by IMG to keep using that ship, otherwise you should return to Raven's Talon or something else.

- You have tech granted by CR? (with the exception of Zephyr)
- In .86 your tech will be turned to IMG tech, so you need to re-buy what you had in .85 - No exceptions.

How about trying to figure out an agreement with CR first about how to handle it?

Anyway.
We will see how it turns out, the decisions will have to be made by the admins first, we need to see how they
want to handle this situation. If CR is allowed to say no to all the requests they already granted we still
should not slam the door in their faces when they come asking us.

people will be in order. What I get from you is a behaviour of the CR as if you were saying "no u" without
even considering a maybe...And then some thievery happens.

What you wrote is just as "maybe" as what I wrote. Unless an admin confirms it will be handled that way
this is up in the air.

Im offering refund of ship price (being approx 30 mills bar codes) and 75m for each that we might consider invalid.

But really, with the changes, clean table is needed. We are willing to approve quite a few, but attitude should be better towards us.

As for the update. We're working on it. Work's not proceeding as fast as I personally would like to, but that's life. All volunteer dev team, after all...
