Need some help...again

Yup so this just camed in to my mind. Whi not to make more shield effects? Different effect for different shield tipe. I'm really up for this but i don't have a clue how to even start with this. So if anyone is gonna be so kind to give me some tips how to do this i'll really appreciate it. Many thanks in advance. :$

Definitely know it's possible, nomad veils use a different effect than normal shields.

I know, and that is whi i ask some help 'bout how to do it. I'm to it to give it a try and make some new effects but i doesn't know how.
