Dear Sir or Madam,
this is Wolf Jonson speaking. The following text is something like a short curriculum vitae and I hope it's not to long. I just want to ensure you understand my reasons.

When I was born my parents were both Zoner's and dutifully protecting the Freeports from Wilde and Nomads. I sadly dont have much informations about them as they gave me away on the age of two... atleast thats what I was told whenever I asked for them.
It seems that they wanted to protect me from any harm and to ensure I could become father myself. While I still did not manage that I had an interesting life until now.

My new family was the crew of a L-584 "Enterprise" Luxury Liner. Having private teachers and experienced pilots all around me it was pretty clear I would never just be a waiter or cook. I quickly evolved required skills as crew management, route planning and security and became the first officer at the age of 22. During the last months I noticed a significant increase of Wilde and Nomad attacks and could not do anything effective against it.
Many brave man died... for nothing... but destruction.
I dont think that I will ever forget the empty eyes and taste of burning flesh in my mouth....

Sadly the OS&C doest not allow me any big ship to hunt them down and explore the space on my own. After a long discussion with my Cpt. we decided it might be time for me to leave, so I could evolve my skill further and probably find my parents. During my journeys we often met Zoner's which prooved to be reliable and trustworthy.

So... I'm not just here to tell you the story of my life, as it might be somehow boring to you. While I visited all that planets and systems I was often told to get a Hathor. Especially the Zoner's seem to love it. It has proven itself as robust and reliable while carrying enough firepower to protect peacefull people from harm - thats what I have been told... and thats why I'm here now.

When I talked to people about possible ships and mentioned the Hathor I was told it would be impossible as mercenary but I do think there are advantages of a merc who is hard working an loyal.
As I dont plan to join any group I would be most likely independent and only be restricted by the wishes and orders from the Zoner's and Order. You could use me as unique tool, letting me operate autonomously for your goals. I dont want to go into detail but I guess there are alot of operations where additional firepower could be helpfull. Due to my good connection to the Cpt. of the Liner I might also be able to offer transport services when required.

Since I'm just a single person I sadly cant offer you anything but my life, loyality and of course my service - free of charge. In return I respectfully ask for the permission to get myself a Hathor, enter your Systems and to equip it as required.

Personaly we wonder what those Zoners thought when telling Order is selling Hathors on right and left like we were sort of civilian arms factory? We do not arm mercenaries not mentioning that when attempting to aquire Order technology weakest link lays in operators outside of our organisation. I think possibly Omicroners would perhaps willingly to equip you with decent hardware if you work for them for some time.

On other hand, we do not normaly hire mercenaries, specialy those not trained to deal with alien entity. If you really want to give that a chance we could possibly assign you to more 'civilian' branch OSD or even recruit into The Order, perhaps even our more elite assets.

At first I would like to thank you for the reply and discussing my request. I'm not as dissapointed as I expected to be.
I already knew what you were going to tell me. You act reasonable so there is not much I can say.
Still, I have to correct a few things that might have been written 'unclear' by me.
No Zoner ever told me that you would give them away. As I wrote before, all people 'always' told me there is like no chance to get one...
All they did is telling me that it's a good and reliable ship. Nothing more and nothing less. I often watched the fights from the window and the ship was just impressive.

I might have to take joining into consideration.
I think it would be the fastest way to show my loyalty and reliability.
