I don't want to waste your precious time, so I get straight to the point.

During one of my patrols I encountered a vessel with the callsign "VultureSam". I was not really familiar with the vessel he used, so I checked the ship database. It turned out that the vessel is called "Firefly" which is not welcomed in our great nation. I did what I had to do and tried to stop him, but he managed to land on the Planet Junyo in the Shikoku system. He somehow managed to abscond from justice on this planet, although I tried to follow him.

Some days later I found the exact same vessel again, this time in the Kyushu System. I forced him to stop and leave Kusari at once. But, like in the Shikoku system, he tried to abscond from justice. Evidence can be found attached.

In the same moment, another vessel with the callsign "Brooth" appeared on the scanners. During the routine scan it turned out that he also uses the ship called "Firefly", so I demanded the same as before.

He also tried to run away, but luckily Kusari Naval Force Officer Haraguchi-San was nearby to assist me. I recommend to add those two vessels to the Criminal Database of Kusari for:

• Breaking the Kusari Legal Codex Section 4 Subsection 1
  
• Not following the direct orders of an Kusari State Police Officer
