Two hours ago, all generators from Bonn Station have failed becasue of unknown reasons.
I've been sent to get some Cooper from Omega-7 to Bonn Station, for repairs. It was an emergency, and I couldn't take contact with the authorities. Some of your personnel stopped me for a routine scan, and they escort me to the destination. I'm aware of the rules, and it's my duty to admit that I've make a mistake.
I'm ready for the consequences and it won't happen again.

Guten Tag Herr Carter,
Due to the violation of Rheinland law paragraph §2.6 and §3, what is stating what goods can be hauled to Rheinland by your corporation, you will recieve a fine of four milion SC and a warning. The account number you will send the money to is being send to you over private channel.
If there is an emergency on Bonn station, you should contact the Rheinland authorities first to give you access to enter Rheinland space with such cargo. You were lucky that the officers in field allowed you to cross the borders without it in this time.
Next time we will not be so understanding towards Interspace commerce emergencies.
Signed,
Vizeadmiral Gunter Weissman,
Rheinland military High command
