[color=#FFFF00]Over the past several days, I have had reports of Corsair, Pirate and even Gallic aggression against Independent and Molly mining. Last night I was forced to eject from a Black Sails bomber pilot following a SNAC hit to my fighter. I feel the situation is growing at an alarming rate.

I have the utmost faith in your pilots abilities to deal with the ever expanding threat, with or without further SCRA assistance.

However, to show solidarity for our common cause - It is my intention to base additional combat units in the Dublin theatre. If our intelligence is correct - Gallia is expected to strike at Kusari and Bretonia within weeks. As much as I dislike the house of Bretonia, the Gallic threat must be blunted or our own interests will be severely under threat. I enclose a list of the vessel's we shall be sending, with your permission and acceptance.

Furthermore, I understand that you have a small interdiction wing - capable of striking targets of opportunity out-with Bretonia. Such a wing is likely to expend much more fuel than usual. It will also require a high level of logistics in getting such a wing in and out of the field and then home. I believe such a wing is capable of complimenting SCRA forces, with a few modifications. I propose sending a small team to Arranmore, tasked with upgrading this interdiction wing with the latest is Coalition Efficient Engine Drive technology. The vastly reduced H-Fuel consumption coupled with our continued supply of H-Fuel from our gas miner, will mean a Molly fist of power able to project further than ever before.

Charles read gloomily through the latest Dublin status updates, increased sightings of corsairs and the Dublin defence had to scramble to a squadron of Hogasha. At the end of the report was a list of lost ships and souls, Charles scrunched the paper in one fist in anger. A beep from his console distracted him and he bent to read it. After he sat back looking thoughtful, strengthened defence of Dublin was the focus of the Molly effort, but....further distance....he looked from the console to ruined piece of paper in his hand, the war had always been for Dublin, IN Dublin, but perhaps no longer....

Yea offer of assistance is both welcome and timely, fighting in Dublin is as 'eavy as ever with pirates from Kusari and Gallia both enter'n Dublin for their own purposes despite teh Molly efforts. Yea list of ships are approved teh dock on Arramore.
Teh upgrades te our ships are also welcome and te ability to strike out at our enemies before they get to Dublin, when and where we please, will likely save many a ship. Teh will ta press inte the Omegas is there but has been previously been inefficient., but if yea 'improvements' are as good as ye claim then theres gonna be some verra verra surprised people out there.

[color=#FFFF00]I am delighted that we will be able to use Arranmore as a staging post with the coming Gallic assaults. Our vessels will as always observe your local laws and partake in joint strike operations and mutual defence. I will order Volgograd Industrial to send the necessary components along with the first shipment of H-Fuel-99.

Much in the same way a fossil fuel combustion engine reacts differently to various fuels, our engines are designed to run on with a higher concentration of Deuterium. Our lead scientist, Doctor XiaoBei, has perfected the correct blend of fuel necessary for the Engine to work. Standard H-Fuel reacts badly to our engines, much in the same way as pumping Diesel fuels of old into a Petrol Engine.

Our scientists will clearly label each fuel pump. Conversely, I wouldn't recommend any non-modified ship using our fuel.. Such things are potentially explosive. We will ensure a steady stream of H-Fuel-99 is on tap for your interdiction wing.

Finally, smoking and drinking must be prohibited in the landing bay - If it is not already.

Our defence wings are on their way.
