Question - Can you change the Default Uniform?

I think the default uniform is serverside, but if you customize it, it's clientside.

While I like the customization feature Igiss put in, it's not really necessary for me. After all, my characters often look nothing like Edison Trent(Diversity FTW!) so, it's all in my head.

Ok but people keep saying they customize it, forgive my ignorance but exactly what steps are you taking in SP to customize it
