Web activity monitoring software, anyone?

Do you know any reliable software that can be used to check whether adult pages were watched?
Not a keylogger to steal passwords or whatnot. Just a tool to check if the little bugger was watching things he shouldn't. Preferably freeware. Needed for a short period of time, so fully functional trial versions are ok).

Operating system: WinXP.

Already googled for it, but I'm not sure whether those free tools aren't in fact rootkits/some malicious software.
