I wasn't the one who removed the thread, and whichever mod/admin did forgot to leave a note in the invis'd thread to say who it was, but I can guess as to the reason. As said by others previously, listing out the entire faction's membership list doesn't mean it isn't a blanket bounty. Were you to bounty 4-5 individuals in that faction, okay. But when you copy over 30 people from their roster, it's obviously blanket. Just because the names are listed separately doesn't change that.
