You knew that we were near the Schwerin in Omega-15, so you returned back to Dresden to avoid recieving fire from that. What would you expect the military to do if they see a Hessian camping on the other side of the jump hole? Ignore, chat? After all these words in an adjacent system.. What kind of RP would you expect us to do after calling us as 'don't hide after a battleship if you are brave'. It was crystal clear that you targeted the RM, entered Omega-15 and returned back to Dresden for an ambush. What you had in mind was a fight, rather than roleplaying. And you were unsurprisingly camping for us on the return back. The fight took place and you were well out of scanner range. I don't care where you are headed, as you were out of my range. As I said, its the rules dictating this. It may sound fair, unfair, harsh, sour.. I don't care, its the rules for which I care and what I take into consideration, not the personal assertions, reasonings or inclinations on such a matter. Reasonable for a pirate to fall back in a sense maybe.. But we have to play the game within the rules, not a set of RL cause and reasonability theories. Sorry for your loss but its the rules mate.
Nah, I said you were hiding behind a Battleship when you insulted me about something in RP.
I didn't say 'Don't hide behind a BS', I said 'I'm not the one hiding behind the big fat BS'.
So, it's a different context.
I did wait for you however - you got that right. But I still had no intentions to attack first.
It's okay about the fine, I'm expecting that to happen when someone breaks the rules.
I just want it cleared that I had no intentions of breaking them.
This is my first sanction, so I don't want people to equalize me with regular re-engagers!
In my mind - I didn't do anything wrong. But I won't do it that way again anyway.
Have a nice day. This topic can now be locked.

It is every Corsair's responsibility to die a beautiful death in defense of Crete, regardless of how OORP or how capwhoring the opposition is. Launch your fighter, joust the battlecruisers and die a beautiful death. Then, drink it down in the bar.
If you leave a fight, you've lost it. And the rules for loosing the fight apply.
This doesn't matter if you cruise, thrust, engine kill, or bloody swim your way out, if you leave you've lost. If they -chase-, now that's a different matter. It's still a fight, so you may turn around and keep fighting. If they don't chase, then you're gone. No turning around and hitting them again. Wait the cursed four hours.

This is the real true story of rock and roll; it was not about anything more then, how to live your life, as a gangster, in sartorial splendor, and turning the world into a place where normality would never return again...- Malcolm McLaren
