So, I just started working on my first transmission-videofeed-thingy.

Here it is:

As you can see, the corners of the frame are rounded. But, somehow, I can't get the space behind those corners to be transparent (best visible in the top-left, top-right, and bottom-left corners). In the program (Paint Shop Pro 7), those areas are transparent.

If someone could help me out with that, that'd be awesome.

jpg doesn't do transparency. Try saving it as png
