I was under the impression that one of the bases in Pennsylvania was going to be turned over to SynthFoods, but alas, it doesn't seem to have happened.

Edit: Bribes can be found on IC bases, I think, and possibly Planet Stuttgart.

I'm almost positive I've seen synthfoods NPCs somewhere just cant remember where [edit: found a couple around, on Trenton Outpost and elsewhere, still haven't found a base though]

Need 1 mission so i can /droprep to neutral, or bunch of missions to abandon [edit: fixed it with 2 navy missions which bumped up sympathetic rep enough for iff, then dropped]
