Soviet, what you have to understand is the game is almost just a way to go about the RP we do here on the forum. If you want to get involved with RP with people, you should try to organize it here on the forums first.
I understand everything you've said, and yes it is hard when you start in disco, I didn't know anyone here when I started, I don't know anyone here in real life, and I have managed to pretty well for myself. Honestly the way I went about doing it was watching what was going on for quite a long time. I watched and saw how things worked. I understand you traded hard to get that OC Dessie and you want to play with it, but going from alpha to NY cause you saw ROS there is not going to get you what you want. Your an outcast, spend some time in Alpha, when you see ROS or 101st, not in combat, then you talk to them, ask them if they need help, tell them about your character. Get the feel of the place before running headlong into a battle in NY you know nothing about.
It is hard, but you are making it harder on yourself with all this ranting and raving. Relax, calm down, and talk to people. What questions do you have, how can we help you get the hang of things? I'm sure most of us here on the forums would be more than happy to answer any questions you have, as long as they are asked in a reasonable manner, and so long as you understand, the answers aren't going to be instantaneous, slow down, take your time, you've got all the time in the world to get the feel of the community, it's not going to happen in a week.

ok, look, if you go around in your destroyer trying to but in to everyones business, expecting them to bow down and let you do whatever you like all the time, its not going to happen.
You cannot rock up as an independant, and expect to be a part of everything. these forums are used as an organisational tool, so events can be co-ordinated, and people can communicate.
bringing an extra destroyer to anything will throw off the balance, and if you are oorp'ing in system on top of that, you are not going to be recieved well at all. The big ship is not helping your role play, its doing more harm then good.
if you want to be part of a RoS event, then JOIN the RoS (not that they will let you now, but hey).
i apricaite the help and i do that, but at the time only perosn in alpha was a trader and a phantom, i spoke with a phantom he was doing his own thing, so i went to the only known outcasts.
but i cant defend myself from 12 people beating on me, so ill just roll over and die. im to tried to do anything right now.
so pelase. jsut ban me, take my ship, what ever, not anyone elses hard work but my own...just real upsetting not being able to play

thats the problem.. they can take a single picture and satach a ncie story makeing it out to be the crime of the sentury, whe it was a simple mis understanding.. and witha mob behidn you, whos right?

RoS depise the thing's. it was a miracle we had one with us tonight. 2 dont shout over system if you wanna ask. do it through pm. but please oh please do think of us also. if we are fighting you cant expect us to stop what were doing just to pm you. unfortunentely things dont work that way. and when someone sees you stopping to look for someone. it usually results in someone swooping down and slapping you with a mine. (and dont forget we had 3 sabres (which die in one shot to a explosive) and 2 bombers there) fighting off a wave's of fighters. 17 people we took down tonight. 13 of them in NY.

Soviet your upset about the sanction. We know, and your ready to just walk away, but I'll tell you something, sanctions happen, but it's how you move forward that will either make this game fun or make you leave. I got a sanction in my first 2 weeks here, I didn't have any clue what was going on. It's not the end of the world, you move on. Let it go and tell us how we can help. If we can we will, but we can't change sanctions or anything like that, and if you really feel like you can't play the game, you should leave, you wanna know why? It's a game, if your not having fun, you shouldn't be wasting your time with it.
Here's my sanction from my early days : http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=6347 . I got set to negative 30 million for docking on the wrong planet. I didn't even respond I was so new, But I tried to learn what I had done wrong, I read the rules a few more times, and I started asking questions on the forums, and I've only had one other sanction since then, and I have a lot of fun playing. Don't lose hope.
P.S. I think I may have the distinction of having the best, most creeative, in RP santion ever. It accually made me understand the core of what disco RP was all about.
Now although Im not all too thrilled with the way you have conducted yourself thus far nor the PM's that you sent to me, but for your sake Soviet I will end this now. He's taken enough punishment for one day folks.
But, Soviet, please learn to control your temper, trust me it isnt going to get you anywhere but alienated. No one is out to get you or destroy your fun here, honestly, and really listen to this, up to this point you are doing all the damage yourself. Please, just calm down and try to meld with the community, not make it your enemy.
