Dwarf Fortress

So my buddy told me about this really indepth, awesome game, that's for free download.
It's called Dwarf Fortress.
It's made entirely out of ASCII.
You pretty much start with 7 dwarves, and create your own fortress.. Fending off attacks from wild animals, goblins, etc etc.
I'm still REALLY new at it, but there's a posted story of several people's adventures. They took turns controlling a single stronghold and wrote about it as if they were the dwarf. It's quite hilarious.
